• We deliver across India.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch (faster in metro cities, a little longer for remote pincodes).
• You get tracking details on WhatsApp/SMS as soon as your order ships.
• Shipping is FREE on orders above ₹499. Below that, a flat ₹49.

Cash on Delivery is available across India. A flat ₹40 COD handling charge is added at checkout for COD orders — this covers the extra logistics cost of cash collection. Prepaid payments (UPI, cards, netbanking) carry no such charge and are processed securely through Razorpay.

Our products are personal-care items, so for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge:

• Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video or clear photos
• We will ship a replacement at no cost to you
• If a replacement is not possible, we will refund — prepaid orders to the original payment method, COD orders via UPI/bank transfer, within 5–7 working days

Use the tracking link sent after dispatch, or message your order number to us on WhatsApp and we will share the status.
